… Hold up … What is a FTP Score?

Your FTP (Functional Threshold Power) score is basically the maximum average wattage you can sustain without completely falling apart—think of it as your bike erg endurance flex. We will be testing this on a 20 minute timer. The higher your FTP, the longer you can suffer at a faster pace before your legs stage a full-blown rebellion.

Now that that’s crystal clear, how are we going to improve our FTP once we find it?

This program is designed with 4 structured sessions per week, this program will push your endurance, power output, and mental grit—whether you’re a functional fitness athlete, endurance junky, recreational biker, or just simply trying to get into better shape using a bike, this program is for you!
