Yes, you can get a good GRIT at-home workout with no equipment. However, you would get the most out of the workout with a weighted item, such as a sandbag, dumbbell, or kettle bell.

No fancy equipment is needed at all! You just need a weighted object (think kettlebell, dumbbell, sandbag, water jug, or anything really). Our program is designed to be accomplished with what you have on hand! If you have specific questions- you can always ask on our GRIT Members Only Facebook page.

Login to boxscorefitness.com with your username and password. In the membership tab, you can opt to change your membership or cancel your membership. Your membership will cancel at the end of your current billing cycle. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
All GRIT memberships are set to auto renew monthly, unless cancelled 24 hours before their next billing cycle. For billing cycle information, see your membership data in BoxScore Fitness. It is the members responsibility to cancel their membership on BoxScore Fitness, or to notify Grit Performance by email (email@example.com) to cancel the account 24 hours before the next billing cycle. Membership cancellations after the billing cycle has processed will be applied to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued.
