GRIT Teens

GRIT’s teen fitness program is designed for competitive teens who are looking to gain an edge and become well-rounded athletes. Athletes should be familiar with CrossFit and have the option to train approximately two hours per day (two total sessions).
GRIT Teens gives you access to:
- Morning Mono workouts
- 1x focused strength or skill session
- 2x METCON
Each teenage workout plan will include:
- Session prep (warm-up & drills)
- Session planning
- Workout notes (including desired stimulus, time caps, movement explanations, etc.) and more
