Join CrossFit Games Adaptive Athlete, Logan Aldridge, three days a week for the aerobic capacity and conditioning-focused fitness classes he does to prepare for the CrossFit Games!
These aerobic workout classes are always under 60 minutes and are adapted to three major impairment categories (upper extremity, lower extremity and seated). Add this into your current aerobic training program and CrossFit workouts and watch your fitness accelerate through the roof! Our fitness classes are designed to push you to your limits and help you meet your fitness goals.
Each day’s aerobic exercise class will include:
- Session prep (warm-up & drills)
- A session plan
- Workout notes (including desired stimulus, time caps, movement explanations, etc.) and more
