GRIT CAMPS
Join Jacob, Winston and Team GRIT at the Heppner Barn for a weekend of learning and fun. Each fitness camp experience will be slightly different with different emphasis points and opportunities. Workout with Jacob. Give Winston belly rubs. Get expert coaching from Team GRIT. Have fun. It’s that simple.
Fitness camps give you access to:
- Specialized, tailored training with themes announced on Instagram.
- An atmosphere of fun and friendship. We’ll be learning together, laughing together and working out together.
- Extended time with Coach Winston, who will make sure a good time is had by all.
- A unique learning experience with our coaches at our weekend fitness camps.
Workout camp details:
- Camps are held at Heppner Barn Gym.
- Programming for each workout camp will be provided by GRIT.
- For out-of-town guests, we are located about 35 minutes from Kansas City International Airport and 10 minutes away from multiple hotel options.
