Designed for the athlete who wants gritty gains, but doesn’t have hours to spend in the gym (athletes who are familiar with CrossFit training, and only have time for one 60-90 minute workout). Join Jacob Heppner for his daily training sessions.

We give you access to:

  • The infamous Morning Mono workouts
  • 1x Focused strength/skill session
  • 1x METCON

Each day’s training plan will include:

  • Session prep (warm-up & drills)
  • A session plan
  • Workout notes (including desired stimulus, time caps, movement explanations, etc.) and more

 

PRICING:
