Join CrossFit Games athlete Jacob Heppner with his exact workout programming day to day, rep for rep. Designed for athletes who have participated in CrossFit training for numerous years, and plan to train multiple sessions per day.

Our workout program gives you access to:

  • A full training plan
  • METCONs
  • The infamous Morning Mono workouts

Each day’s training plan will include:

  • Session prep (warm-ups & drills)
  • A full session plan
  • Workout notes (including desired stimulus, time caps, movement explanations, etc.) and more
